We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture and hardware?
Yes, we take pride in our craftsmanship. Most Umbra products come with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
